The Pikaton website is read-only and does not collect any data or track you.
Unless a sync account is created, Scorekeeper Connect only stores data on your device.
If you choose to create an account, we will store your email address on our servers, along with the synchronized game data. Game data typically includes scores, players, event times and locations that you choose to enter.
If you choose to share a game on the web, that game’s score will be publicly accessible.
You may delete your account from the Scorekeeper Connect app at any time.
The app may send IP addresses, logs and crash reports to a third-party service for debugging purposes to improve the app and service. This data is anonymous and is not shared with other third parties.
Access to your data is restricted to Pikaton employees. Data is only accessed for debugging purposes or to provide support to you.
Data is kept secure in transit by using TLS connections exclusively. Our servers are managed by Pikaton LLC and employ modern firewalls and access controls. Encrypted backups are stored in AWS with a tightly controlled access policy.
Payment details, should you choose to subscribe, are handled exclusively by the Apple App Store.
Deleted information may be kept in backups for up to 90 days.
Scorekeeper Connect does not display ads nor share any information with advertisers.
Scorekeeper Connect uses the following hosting and service providers, which also have access to basic technical information passing through their services and data stored using their resources:
We may disclose your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements; to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or abuse, violations of our policies; or to protect our rights and property.
In the future, we may sell to, buy, merge with, or partner with other businesses. In such transactions, user information may be among the transferred assets.
Pikaton LLC may delete your information at any time and for any reason, such as technical needs, legal concerns, abuse prevention, removal of idle accounts, data loss, or any other reason.
By using Scorekeeper Connect and providing your information, you authorize us to collect, use, and store your information outside of the European Union.
Information may be processed, stored, and used outside of the country in which you are located. Data privacy laws vary across jurisdictions, and different laws may be applicable to your data depending on where it is processed, stored, or used.
